We tend to hide away memories from our childhood that create discomfort within us, as if to stow them away deep inside the cellar of our metaphorical house. But what we fail to acknowledge within us can become what holds us back later in life, when we are trying to achieve great things in alignment with ourselves. I encourage you, my love, to take a look at those parts, because they’re seeking our love and attention as well as the good.
Buffy is here seeking clarity. She has moved through a lot of iterations of her work over the years, and is wondering about what this next phase will look like. She’s been feeling a shadow following her around for a while, telling her that there’s something more. Today, Buffy and I have a lovely conversation, following our house metaphor, about acknowledging all parts of ourselves, especially the parts that we try to hide away.
During her reading we cover:
- How the higher you go on your spiritual journey, the deeper you are required to go into your shadow
- How we live in a world of polarity and duality
- How to bring back the parts of your childhood that you hid in order to survive so that they’re not informing your adult decisions
- You can build your dreams from joy and hope, rather than from the pain of your childhood
- How unpacking the past also allows good memories to come forward
- When memories are caught, we’re also suppressing the good things that happened to us
I hope this reading helps you feel into the places of yourself that you’re hiding, but need your attention.

MYSTIC, WISDOM KEEPER, SPIRITUAL MENTOR, COACH
Throughout my life I have been guided by the warrioress archetype, an independent female spirit whose primary purpose is to achieve freedom and sovereignty of her life. This was not always a conscious endeavor for me, yet she pulled at my heart and led me on adventures far and wide and wild. She has taught me to live by spirals and wheels and cycles. To live each day as a ritual, knowing that I am the source of my life. Everything comes FROM me and that my obstacles are actually the path to living an even greater and wilder existence. She has shown me that true LEADERS rally for and with life, not against it. So, now I live in devotion to a higher standard of LIFE for us all.
