In this episode of Water Rising, I’m talking about the cost of saying, “I’m too busy.” It’s a phrase so many of us use, especially those of us trying to hold it all together, but often, it’s a shield for something deeper. This belief keeps us disconnected from the very support, nourishment, and growth we’re craving.
Transformation doesn’t come after life gets easier, it comes when we decide to choose ourselves, even in the mess. What is the deeper reason we say no to support? Being supported isn’t a luxury, it’s a reclamation of your power.
