There is so much richness alive within us, if only we will linger long enough to listen. The wise heart that beats inside your chest knows the truth of this life. It is the keeper of the longings of your soul, it knows the ever present sweet tendrils of your hopes and dreams, it contains the essence of you and wants to share its potent elixir with you.
Curiosity is a rare and sacred gift to bestow upon yourself and the exploration of your being, a valuable treasure. When you consciously choose to look into the darkness in devotion to your light, you enact the power of self reflection. No one else can know you the way you do.
It is this quest that I believe encompasses the real reason we are here in this life… to remember and know ourselves as divine.
How do we get there you ask?
It is in the consistent and practiced endeavor of turning towards oneself that the magic is revealed. In the precious moments spent in one’s own presence experiencing the depth of the soul and the love that lives inside.
It is hard you say..
Yes my love it is quite fiery, it is not comfortable and it is not something we have been taught how to do, yet it is the very thing that will lead you to all that you want and desire. The deep knowing that you long for lives just outside the lines of the box you have created to keep you safe. It lives in the spaces that you keep hidden from the world.
It’s where you learn to live with the rhythms and cycles of your soul, deeply connected to your internal wisdom, outside of ordinary time and space. Where you are supported in sacrificing the life you are currently living, the one you know isn’t yours, in devotion to the one that calls to you from your heart. This life that is correct for you, comes from being willing to be fully alive in your truth, CHOOSING what you would love, word by word, thought by thought, action by action. Living your best life is not about what you have or what you do, it is about who you are BEING, in all your moments.
Sarah is pure Magic.
She is a magician of love. No seriously. Her work has helped me to change fear into peace, undone endings into closure. Her sessions are so deep and profound and she holds your heart in a space of love and support.
