My heart hurts for those who have gone through incredibly hard things, especially in childhood. People who have experienced abuse often find their trauma sneaking up to the surface in their adult relationships. And healing, especially when you’re a parent, can be difficult, because we want to be as present as possible with our children and our spouse. But we need the grace to be with ourselves and lean on others for support so that we can find relief.
Bradley is here looking for guidance. He’s working through some suppressed childhood trauma, and wants to know how to be fully present for his wife and kids as he’s navigating this deep healing journey that has changed him. Today, Bradley and I have an incredibly touching conversation about overcoming roles, seeking support, and allowing anger to have a voice.
During his reading we cover:
- How when you keep things separate, it’s really easy to become unbalanced
- The importance of being in your own authentic truth when you’re supporting others
- The paradigm triangle of rescuer, victim, and perpetrator
- How engaging in this triangle means that we’re stuck in those roles
- How our own need for love can be intertwined with this triangle
- Cleaning your karma through healing yourself through others
- The importance of letting your anger have a voice and be processed
I hope this reading reminds you that you are supported, you are held, and you are safe.

MYSTIC, WISDOM KEEPER, SPIRITUAL MENTOR, COACH
Throughout my life I have been guided by the warrioress archetype, an independent female spirit whose primary purpose is to achieve freedom and sovereignty of her life. This was not always a conscious endeavor for me, yet she pulled at my heart and led me on adventures far and wide and wild. She has taught me to live by spirals and wheels and cycles. To live each day as a ritual, knowing that I am the source of my life. Everything comes FROM me and that my obstacles are actually the path to living an even greater and wilder existence. She has shown me that true LEADERS rally for and with life, not against it. So, now I live in devotion to a higher standard of LIFE for us all.
