Use Me for Good: A Mantra for Navigating Overwhelming Times

There are times when the noise of the world grows so loud that it drowns out our inner wisdom. The collective narrative tells us we aren’t enough, that our dreams don’t matter, that we must always be searching for the next step before we even understand where we are in this moment.

It’s in this melee of confusion that I choose to invoke a simple yet powerful mantra: Use me for good.

These words are an offering—to God, to the Universe, to Divine source. They are an invitation for guidance, an acknowledgment that I am here to serve a greater story than just my own.

By surrendering in this way, I find clarity. I remember that the external noise has collapsed the boundaries of my own energy field, making it feel as if the chaos outside is my own. But it is not. It is simply pressing in, and I have the power to expand again.

Our energy field creates our personal space bubble, layers of presence that extend beyond our physical bodies. When overwhelmed by the world, our bubble contracts, and we feel disconnected, trapped by the weight of external stories.

But when we expand our energy field, through breath, intention, nature, and presence, we reclaim our space. We re-center our own vibration, allowing Divine inspiration to flow freely once again.

So, how do we cultivate a strong inner voice, one that rises above the external noise? We make space to return to what nourishes us: time in nature, stillness, silliness, creativity, connection. We ask, “How can I be used for good today?” And then, we listen.

Whether it’s through our work, our relationships, or simply how we show up for ourselves, this mantra reminds us that we are part of something bigger, something sacred.

So I invite you to take a moment to breathe this message deep into the center of your being. Let it settle. Feel your energy expand outward, reconnecting you with the Divine flow that is always present. And if you want to dive deeper into this topic, I recently explored it in an episode of Magical Moments.
