What is Reality?

When you begin to look beneath the surface of your life, ultimately real is only a hologram of your belief system. It is created from the patterns and programs you have established in order to keep you safe and allow you to move through the world avoiding as much pain and discomfort as possible.

So, if you are willing to take the time to gaze out beyond the edges of your senses, you might find that the reality you inhabit is in fact, limited by a version of you that’s primary purpose is preventing you from harm, both legitimate and perceived, rather than the you that is committed to your dreams.

And, what is real, is actually different for each and every one of us. Yes, there are agreed upon collective, societal norms that as a species we say are the same, yet once we decide to dig even just a little below the surface, we will find that what is ‘real’ quickly becomes debatable.

Everything you think and experience is a reflection of what you believe about what you are thinking and experiencing, based on what has happened to you. And because of this we are all living a different version of reality based on our own unique architecture and way of walking through the world.

So sweet one, how does what you believe to be real bring forth the texture of your life? And what are you willing to see differently in order to allow for a new reality to take hold and call you forward?
