Harnessing your creative self-expression with the rhythm of the Divine Feminine

For so long, I lived in a state of needing to control the events, circumstances and people in my life to the point that it became debilitating and stole all my joy.

Over-scheduling, over-performing, over-giving were all not-self strategies my wounded persona used as a way to feel safe and secure. And, yes it felt protective and helped me navigate my days, yet it was all just an illusion and severed me from my own natural flow, my feminine essence, and the quiet wisdom of my body.

What changed everything was learning to live in harmony with the cycles and rhythms of Mother Nature, and aligning my own unique pulse with hers.

When I began paying attention to the seasons, the moon phases, the energetic shifts, and even the subtle fluctuations of my own mood and energy, I found myself returning to a fierce softness I didn’t know I possessed.

As I learned to move with my own unique rhythm and sing my own soul’s song, there was a quiet transformation happening inside me. Instead of pushing forward all the time, I started listening. Letting things unfold. Saying yes when it felt true. Saying no when it didn’t.

Cycles are everywhere, in the ebbs and flows of life, woven through our moments, present in the way we create, and even in the way we rest. These natural patterns have become a compass for me, guiding my actions, setting my boundaries, aligning with my truth and deepening my connection to something greater.

Living by cycles is not just about becoming more productive or optimizing your life, it’s about allowing yourself to be moved by the sacred thread of life that is asking for your attention. It’s about creating space for the Divine Feminine to move through you, to touch even the most ordinary moments with presence and wonder.
